LOVE TO MOVE – a friendly seated music programme

The Britsh Gymnastics Foundation Love to Move programme has developed and evolved thanks to lead programme coach, Kim Hall who was interviewed on the HCR104fm Brunch till Lunch programme.

It is a fun, age and friendly seated movement programme to music with physical, emotional and cognitive benefits of older people, especially those living with Dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzeimer’s designed to get you moving more and having fun.

Local 2 hour sessions are held regularly in the Huntingdon Methodist Church in the Hight Street, the Brampton Memorial Centre, Brampton and the Crossways Christian Centre, Ramsey Road, St Ives.
