Melanie is both a presenter and a producer for Spotlight, HCR104fm’s Arts and Entertainment show, every Friday 8-10pm.
She started at HCR104fm in 2013 with an interest in all kinds of music, and a background as a musician and music tutor, but Melanie had no previous radio experience.
She spent two years as producer of the Sunday Breakfast Show, before the early mornings got too much for her!
Spotlight gets Melanie involved in local gigs and festivals, interviewing and reviewing.
More recently she has also been involved in helping to train HCR104fm’s new producers.
