Bob is the proprietor of the local garage, which he started after he retired from the Army and which he ran with his son Robbie until the latter left for an extended trip to South America. Dan White works for Bob as a mechanic. The business is successful and Bob is now approaching retirement. He has just married Judy and is loved up. Judy is encouraging him to try new things, with mixed success.
