Judy is the proprietor of the Circle of Life health food store. She is on a mission to ‘turn Huntsford green’ as she is passionate about the environment. Her values are sometimes at odds with her new husband Bob, an old-fashioned guy who loves his red meat, whilst she is a vegetarian. However, she loves Bob and is sometimes prepared to compromise, although she does also try to change him.
