Paul is the stations’ Eighties nut. A life long Ipswich Town supporter, he also follows rugby and supports London Irish.
He came to the area in 1995 when he was serving in the Royal Air Force at RAF Brampton and RAF Wyton.
Joining HCR104fm very early on, he has been a regular since our second RSL transmission in December 1995.
Paul has a long history of being involved in radio. In the late 80’s he was a DJ on a pirate station and moved onto more lawful pursuits, presenting shows for stations all over Europe.
These days, Paul presents the 80’s MixTape on a Saturday evening between 6pm and 8pm.

What would be your idea of a perfect day?
To spend the afternoon nestled in the bay at Acres Point, Co Kerry, with a good book and nobody else around.
What is your biggest fear?
Being stuck in the toilet with no loo roll.
Did you grow up locally?
Nope, I grew up in Essex. It has a warmer climate and beaches to die for. Cough.
