Avocado Salsa

This is a beautiful fresh side for a lovely summer meal.


2 avocados

1 punnet of Cherry tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

Handful of fresh coriander

A sprinkle of Sea salt and black pepper

1 Red chilli placed in Freezer

1 lime

A good glug of olive oil


Chop and peel your avocado into chunks

Quarter your tomatoes

Mince or finely chop your garlic

Finely chop your coriander

Sprinkle your sea salt and black pepper

Place all of these ingredients in a bowl

Finely grate a little chilli over everything

Squeeze the juice of the lime over all the ingredients

Add your olive oil and mix everything together
