This breakfast bap is a sure to set you up for the day.
8 Cumberland Sausages
4 Portobello mushrooms
4 duck eggs
4 minced cloves garlic
4 slices burger cheese
8 slices streaky bacon
4 burger buns/ baps
8 knobs of butter
Ketchup or brown sauce
Squeeze the sausage meat out of eight Cumberland sausages
With wet hands shape them into burger shapes
Pan fry your sausage patties until they are Golden then top with burger cheese and take off the heat
Take your large Portobello mushrooms and dot with your knobs of butter I’m spread with your minced garlic
Bake the mushrooms in the oven for around 15 minutes whilst your sausage patties are cooking lay your bacon on a grill tray and cook until sizzling and crispy also 15 minutes
with a little oil in a pan fry your duck eggs until the white is set but the yolk is still runny
assemble your buns with the mushroom on the bottom then the sausage Patty then the bacon then the egg top with ketchup or Brown sauce.
