Christmas Crinkle Cookies

Christmas Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
60g Cocoa powder
200g caster sugar
60ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
180g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
50g icing sugar
½ tsp sea salt
½ vanilla essence

Method

 Mix your cocoa powder, sugar and eggs and oil in a food processor.
 Next add the flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla essence
 In a separate bowl put your icing sugar
 Roll your dough into golf ball size balls, roll them in the icing sugar and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
 Bake in the oven at 175 c for 10 minutes and allow to cool fully before moving them
