
Goats Cheese Tomato and Asparagus Tart
Ingredients:
220g Asparagus tips
320g ready rolled puff pastry
400g cherry vine tomatoes
150g Goats Cheese
1 and a half black Olive Tapenade
Now for the method :
Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees 180 degrees if you have a fan oven
Line a baking sheet with baking parchment and unroll the puff pastry on it
Make a 3cm wide border around the edge of the pastry with a knife
Prick te pastry all over to stop it puffing up in the oven
Spread the back olive tapenade over the pastry
Add the goats cheese sliced and the tomatoes and asparagius over the top
Season and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the pastry is crisp and look golden in colour
Slice and serve with some salad leaves
