The Annual Meeting of the town of Huntingdon will take place in the Town Hall, Market Hill, Huntingdon, on Thursday 7th March 2024 at 7.00pm.
The Mayor of Huntingdon will chair the meeting and present the Town Council’s annual report, which will outline the Council’s activities during the past year. Annual reports will also be given from the Chairmen of the following Council committees, Finance, Leisure & Community Services, Planning and Strategy & Corporate Plan.
There will also be a presentation by Paul Sweeney of Huntingdon First, on Market Town Economies and the health of Huntingdon High Street.
This is a public meeting open to all residents of the town of Huntingdon and there will be an opportunity for electors to put forward their questions to Town Councillors in an open forum on matters they feel are important to the Town.
If you would like to attend or would like to send in a question in advance, please email town.council@huntingdontown.gov.uk for more information. This will allow councillors and officers time to prepare the correct information. You are welcome to just attend on the night, however please be aware that the councillors may not be able to answer in detail.
