A series of public meetings are being held in various venues within Huntingdonshire. Dr Chan Abraham will be the speaker and all local residents are invited to hear what he has to say about local issues. The first meeting is at St Mary’s Parish Hall, The Walks East, Huntingdon PE29 3AP (nr. Membership details

  • Membership for 2024 is only £10.
  • Indoor meetings are normally held at 8pm in Little Paxton Village Hall (PE19 6EY) on the first Wednesday of the month from February to May and September to November. The December meeting is the AGM and social evening for members only
  • Visits are arranged to local gardens and other places of interest in the summer months (bookable in advance).

Huntingdon’s Mayor Making Ceremony @ Huntingdon Town Hall

Join us on Thursday 2nd May at 7pm in Huntingdon Town Hall to see Huntingdon Town Council’s annual Mayor Making Ceremony. This annual meeting is traditionally where the new Mayor and their Deputy are announced for the forthcoming local government year.
The 2023-24 Mayor, Cllr Phil Pearce, Mayor of Huntingdon, will also present his six Mayor’s Charities with their donations, and announce the winner of the Mayor’s Community Shield.
Members of the public are welcome.
